Welcome to What Keeps Us Awake, a podcast where mind altering and staggering theories about our world is explored. My name is Siena Yusefzadeh, and though this podcast is for anyone who enjoys learning about terrifying yet fascinating concepts, it is really for my dad. Growing up, my dad would tell me everything he knew about space, technology, and so many more complex theories and studies. It’s because of him that I enjoy talking about concepts so complicated that they seem completely unreal.

Now, it is my turn to teach him (and you) what I understand about our reality. In these episodes, I will discuss ideas that have been proposed, such as the simulation theory and the holographic universe.
