Kaylin Crosley, Writer
Hi, my name is Kaylin Crosley and I am a junior at Minnetonka High School. I really value sports, or more specifically football. I’ve grown up watching it as a Colts fan, but since living in Minnesota I’ve also become a huge Vikings fan. I am a very social person, and on Friday nights you will find me cheering on the sidelines at Einer Anderson Stadium, so I don’t have a fear of large crowds! In the future I’m hoping to work with ESPN or the NFL in some way, which is why I’m taking VANTAGE Multimedia Communications.

Hi! My name is Helayna Kohlmyer and I am a junior at Minnetonka High School. I decided to join the VANTAGE Multimedia Communications program because I love creating and telling stories, whether it is my own or other people’s. I am excited to grow my journalism skills as this is what I want to pursue professionally. I’m hopeful to meet others like me who enjoy storytelling as much as I do, and to learn from professionals in the field. Outside of school, I enjoy doing theater at Minnetonka and dancing. I’m thrilled to be a part of VANTAGE and to see where Multimedia Communications will take me.

Heyo! My name is Daxton Hurt and I am a student senior at Minnetonka High School. I feel passionate about a lot of things, ranging from art to science. Most important about all these topics though is that people hear and learn about them, which is why I joined VANTAGE Multimedia Communication. There is so much to learn about in the world, so many people in the world to learn from. Using mediums such as blog posts, videos, and other content types help these ideas spread and help make each viewer’s life more informed and meaningful! I’m very excited to help tell these stories in VANTAGE!

Hi, I’m Ellie, a Junior at MHS! I decided to take VANTAGE Multimedia Communications because I’ve always wanted to work with film and be a director, so naturally, it sounded like the perfect class for me. I want to learn more about the process of professional storytelling and video production so I can hopefully apply that knowledge to my future career someday. My goal is to create well-made and meaningful video media that gets people to really feel something. I enjoy drawing, writing, and putting together videos. At any given time, I’m working on 10-15 different projects that utilize a variety of media, usually writing stories then drawing the characters.
