Jon Bielke, Writer
Hi, I am Jon Bielke and I am a senior at Minnetonka High School. When I was ten I started making videos for YouTube, and ever since I’ve really enjoyed writing, and directing films. I was motivated to take Multimedia Communications because of a class called Video Production. During this class I got to write, direct, edit, and produce films. I am taking Multimedia Communications this year because I want to become a film director and I couldn’t take any more video production classes. This class is the next step for me since I get to use actual cameras and produce videos for companies.

I am a current senior at MHS who enjoys partaking in a variety of activities, hanging out with friends & family, and enjoying fall (the best season). Last year I participated in the VANTAGE Global Business, and I am excited to further my professional relationships and experiential learning opportunities in Multimedia Communications. My amazing friend Kaili McNutt took this course last year, and her experience inspired me to join in on the Multimedia fun! I look forward to creative filming and valuable company projects. Outside of VANTAGE, I enjoy leading Voice In Sport club, participating in Youth Development Council, volunteering at the Animal Humane Society, and playing & coaching hockey!

My name is Tate Jabs and I am a senior at Minnetonka High School. A little about me. I am interested in pursuing a business degree in college and taking advantage of my ability to speak Mandarin Chinese. I play lacrosse and hockey for Minnetonka and will continue to play lacrosse at Concordia University Irvine. I’m very outgoing and love to talk to people.
There are three main reasons I enrolled in Multimedia Communications. First,I participated in another Vantage program last year and enjoyed my experience. Second, I was interested in learning more about communications, especially video production. Third, I heard great things about the class from my friends.
