Nathan Fine, Writer
I’m Nathan Fine, a junior at Minnetonka High School taking the VANTAGE Multimedia Communications strand. I was interested in this class because I like taking pictures and videos, in addition to that I’m interested in learning how to tell a story through video. I was also excited about the idea of making videos for sports because I love watching and playing sports. Outside of school, I enjoy playing baseball and hanging out with friends. I’m also involved in many Jewish activities. Some of these include being the president of Minnetonka JSU and the president of the youth group at my synagogue.
Fletcher Fields, Writer
My name is Fletcher Fields, I am a senior at Minnetonka High School and I am taking VANTAGE Digital Journalism this year. I saw a great opportunity at VANTAGE to increase my knowledge and skills in the film and media industry by joining this strand. I have always had a passion for film, every part of what it takes to tell a story and create a movie is fascinating to me. Outside school I love to go out with my friend to take photos of whatever we can find around the twin cities. I also love to make and write my own short films.

My name is Kingston Hamblin. I’m a student in the course VANTAGE Multimedia Communications. I’m a junior at Minnetonka High School, participating in many sports and activities. I play football, where my position is an offensive lineman, and I also do wrestling. I throw the shot put and discus for Minnetonka track and field; I chose VANTAGE Multimedia Communications because I’ve always had an interest in activities involving videography, and I’ve always seen the outcome of what happens in front of the camera. Now, I’m excited to see what it’s like behind it.
Hannan Mohamud, Writer
I’m Hannan Mohamud, a VANTAGE Multimedia Communications student. I’m a junior at Minnetonka and choosing this strand wasn’t much of a hard choice. I’ve always loved English class and the aspect of being able to write and make stories come to life with the help of the digital world is strongly appealing to me. It’s all so interesting & makes me that much more excited to learn! Outside of school, I love to spend time with my family and friends, and I’m an avid reader. I have so many favorite authors, but Marie Lu’s books were the first I ever read so those are pretty special to me.
