Sophia Wessling, Writer
My name is Sophia Wessling and I am a senior at Minnetonka high school. I joined Multimedia Communications to learn more about the subject before majoring in communications. I enjoy telling stories and interacting with people in different ways. Outside of school I enjoy dancing, drinking boba, spending time with friends, traveling, painting and thrifting. If you need to find me you can find me walking around Minnetonka high school with a strawberry açaí in hand. In the future I hope to one day work for the NFL as a social media manager. With my curious nature and bubbly personality I hope to continue exploring my multitude of growing passions.

Kaili McNutt, Writer
I am Kaili McNutt, a VANTAGE student at Minnetonka High School. I have been in the Spanish Immersion program for eleven years where I’ve learned about all parts of our world, so I’m very excited to learn how to communicate important messages of the world digitally. It’s very exciting to work with professionals and businesses for a peek into the real world once I graduate.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my friends, especially at practice, where I’m an athlete on the Minnetonka Track and Field team. Having a voice in sports makes me very excited to be able to communicate my love for it through this course.

Miles Laskin, Writer
I’m Miles Laskin, a Junior at Minnetonka High School taking the Multimedia Communications VANTAGE strand. I chose to take this course to learn more about how journalism could affect my future career through the Digital Journalism class. I aim to explore the professional world and learn how different work environments operate. I’m interested in a variety of activities including baseball and basketball. I also enjoy watching movies and TV shows and am interested in the process of how they’re created. I hope to learn some of this through the Video Production aspect of this VANTAGE strand.
